Miguel Santos, Master’s in Medical Anthropology and Global Health, from the University of Coimbra, is currently a PhD student in Biological Anthropology at the same institution. His work focuses on the study of vitamin D, from the most diverse perspectives: historical, cultural, biomedical, epigenetic and genetic.
