Inês Subtil has a master’s degree in Social Policy from the University of Lisbon. In her dissertation, she studied the social vulnerabilities of Authors in Portugal, establishing Art and Culture as her main area of research, within the scope of Social Sciences. She has a doctoral scholarship from FCT and is currently a doctoral student in Anthropology, at the Department of Life Sciences, at the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra, in the field of Social and Cultural Anthropology. She is a researcher at CIAS – Center for Research in Anthropology and Health, University of Coimbra.
Over the last few years, she has deeply dedicated herself to research, collaborating with several teams, which resulted in the writing and publication of articles published in indexed scientific journals. Inês Subtil is also a peer reviewer certified by Publons Academy (Clarivate Analytics Inc, United States).
She is currently developing her doctoral research which is part of the MTCAP project (Mapping the Cultural and Artistic Territory in Portugal).
