I am a graduate of Sports Science (2022) and I am attending the master’s degree program in Exercise and Health, both at the Faculty of Sports Sciences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra. The topic of my thesis focuses on the behavior of maximal and supramaximal physiological variables in effort, considering the manipulation of test protocols. In 2023, I was involved in data collection for a doctoral thesis in Sports Sciences with a theme on Hemodynamics, Exercise, and Cardiac Physiology. Currently, I am a scholarship holder in the research project SCREEN HEALTH at the Research Centre for Anthropology and Health (CIAS).
