Degree in Anthropology, post-graduation in Forensic Anthropology and MSc in Human Evolution and Biology, from the University of Coimbra. I am currently a Ph.D. student in Biological Anthropology (University of Coimbra) and History of Europe (Sapienza University of Rome) (joint supervision doctoral thesis). My research focuses on the study of paleodiet, paleoecology and everyday life aspects of prehistoric Portuguese societies, through the multidisciplinary analysis of dental remains and dental calculus. I have been working as an Anthropologist in archaeological excavations since 2018, in different contexts from pre-history to contemporary chronologies.
