O laborat\u00f3rio est\u00e1 suficientemente preparado para implementar v\u00e1rios protocolos em gen\u00e9tica molecular, incluindo: extra\u00e7\u00e3o de DNA gen\u00f3mico de diferentes amostras biol\u00f3gicas, m\u00e9todos convencionais de rea\u00e7\u00e3o em cadeia da polimerase (PCR), eletroforese em geles de agarose e acrilamida e an\u00e1lise de polimorfismo de fragmento de restri\u00e7\u00e3o (RFLP). A sequencia\u00e7\u00e3o de DNA Sanger e a an\u00e1lise automatizada de short tandem repeats (STR) podem tamb\u00e9m ser desenvolvidas parcialmente no LGH, e conclu\u00eddas na Unidade de Hematologia Molecular, no Hospital Pedi\u00e1trico (CHUC), com quem temos protocolo, ou em laborat\u00f3rios privados. Os m\u00e9todos PCR em tempo real (qPCR) e PCR digital (ddPCR) tamb\u00e9m podem ser desenvolvidos na plataforma do Departamento de Ci\u00eancias da Vida (DCV). Os projetos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser desenvolvidos por alunos n\u00e3o-graduados ou p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o com a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de membros integrados do CIAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
