Association for World Innovation in Science and Health Education

On October 1st, a group of students and professors from Canoas and Santa Maria, in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, visited the facilities of the Department of Life Sciences (DCV) and the laboratories of the Research Centre for Anthropology and Health (CIAS).

The visit was organized under an international program hold by the Association for World Innovation in Science and Health Education (AWISHE – See HERE), an organization that enables training and awareness actions about Science and Health subjects, develops educational activities for children, youngsters and adults, and promotes access to information, educational opportunities, training and development.

Ana Luísa Santos, Vítor Matos, Ana Curto and Linda Melo were in charge for the group’s reception in the DCV and within the CIAS facilities.
